Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

This Refund, Return & Replacement Policy applies to products sold under the Athhleticaa brand, which is owned and operated by HB Gadget Technology & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Athhleticaa", "HB Gadget", "we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing products from Athhleticaa, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.

1. Return & Replacement Window

Products may be returned or replaced within 10 (ten) days from the date of delivery. Requests received after 10 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Be returned with all original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging intact.

  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or order confirmation.

  • Not show any signs of damage, alteration, misuse, or improper handling by the customer.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, discount, or promotional offers.

  • Gift cards or store credits.

  • Shipping and handling charges.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Your request must include:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

All claims will be reviewed and verified before a return, replacement, or refund is approved.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact our customer support team.

  • Returns must be authorized by Athhleticaa before shipping the product back.

  • Products should be packed securely in their original packaging.

  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

6. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • If a return request is rejected after inspection, the product may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

7. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are subject to product availability.

  • Only one replacement request is permitted per order.

  • If a replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

8. Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Transit damage

  • Incorrect product delivered by Athhleticaa

9. Right to Refuse

Athhleticaa and/or HB Gadget Technology & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserve the right to approve or reject any return, replacement, or refund request after reviewing the product and related information.

All decisions made by Athhleticaa and/or HB Gadget Technology & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall be final and binding.
