Refund policy

The following Refund and Return Policy indicates the terms pursuant to which any item purchased from ATHLETICA ("we," "our," "us") may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

1. Return Window:

Products can be returned within 1 (one) day of delivery. Requests after the delivery of 1 day will not be entertained.

2. Eligibility for Return

For the item to be eligible for a return, it must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Be in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Not display any indication of damage, alteration, or improper use on the part of the customer.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers
  • Gift cards or store credits
  • Shipping and handling charges

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products:

In case you receive any item that is defective, damaged, or wrong, please inform us within 1 day of receipt.

The petition must contain:

  • Order ID
  • Explanation of the problem
  • Clear images or videos of the product

Such instances will be validated before a return, replacement, or refund is approved.

5. Return Process:

  • To begin a return, you can reach out to our customer support team.
  • Return shipping is not allowed unless previously authorized.
  • The items also have to be packed properly before being transported back.

6. Refund Policy:

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, approved refunds will take 5-7 working days to process. If refunded, payments will be made to the original mode of payment. Rejected returns shall have the product returned to the client for delivery at their cost.

7. Exchange Policy:

  • The exchanges are product Availability Dependent.
  • There can be only one exchange per order.
  • If an exchange is not possible, a refund may be considered at our discretion.

8. Return Shipping Charges:

The cost of return shipping will have to be paid by the customer unless the return is because of:

  • one or more of the following
  • Manufacturing Defect
  • Transit Damage

9. Right to Refuse:

However, the decision of ATHLETICA to accept or reject any request for refund or exchange is reserved. Decisions made by ATHLETICA shall be final and binding on all concerned.
