Payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. ATHHLETICAA and HB Gadget Technology & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. do not store your complete payment information.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order. ATHHLETICAA reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at its discretion.

Orders may be cancelled for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Payment processing issues

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity

6. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund, Return & Replacement Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
