Payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. Athhleticaa and HB Gadget Technology & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. do not store your complete payment information.
5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order. Athhleticaa reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

6. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, product images, graphics, text, designs, software, and other materials, is the property of Athhleticaa and/or HB Gadget Technology & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, products, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
